Lovely quiet rural location with a nice welcome treat to greet us. Great to have the parking outside the cottage and close enough To Leeds and York for the Park and Ride facility. We would have appreciated a sturdy grab rail at the entrance to the cottage as the. steps are steep. I am elderly and found the rise difficult to negotiate and my daughter sprained her ankle as we were leaving to come home.
The cottage was equipped well for two people Clean and warm Plenty of walks in the area Unfortunately several attractions closed do to the time of year
